Full text of the Bill as introduced and further versions of the Bill as it is reprinted to include amendments made during its passage through Parliament. The explanatory memorandum, which appears before the text of the bill, explains the bill’s purpose in detail and includes a statement as to the Bill’s compliance with the European Convention on Human Rights.
Committee - Proposed amendments (1)
Amendments proposed (usually by the Promoters) to be made to the bill but not yet approved by the Committee on the Bill. The Committee may propose amendments of their own and may reject or alter any of the amendments in this list. See the list of amendments agreed to by the Committee for the final, agreed amendments. Lists of proposed Amendments are not generally printed as separate documents at Committee stage.

Government report (1)
The Government is required to make a report on the promoters’ statement of compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights as soon as the bill has received a first reading. If the Government wishes to make its views about the provisions of a bill known it does so by making one or more further reports which are considered by a Committee on the Bill in the House to which the report is made.
