Summary
Under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 highway authorities, such as Transport for London, may implement a toll order for a new road. This Bill (as originally introduced) would allow Transport for London to make supplemental (i.e. amending) toll orders for any tolled new roads after they have come into operation.
