Long title

A Bill to make provision for the control of pedicabs; and for connected purposes

Summary

The Bill would make provision for the control of pedicabs, defined in the Bill as a 'cycle constructed or adapted to seat one or more passengers, for the purpose of carrying passengers in the course of a business'. The Bill’s provisions would include licensing and registration of pedicabs, the maximum number of passengers to be carried, reporting of accidents and display of advertisements.
