Long title

A Bill to require water companies to exempt from surface water and highway drainage charges places of worship, non-profit making sports clubs, scout groups and guide associations; and for connected purposes.

Summary

The Bill would amend Section 2 of the Water Industry Act 1991 so that places of worship, non-profit-making sports clubs, scout groups and guide associations would be exempt from surface water and highway drainage charges.
