Long title

A Bill to make provision about the holding of interviews between site owners and prospective purchases of mobile homes prior to any sale.

Summary

This Bill would, where a site owner wishes to interview a prospective park home owner before indicating approval to the purchase, provide for the interview to take place in the presence of a solicitor. The solicitor would oversee the conduct of the interview.
