Long title

A Bill to make provision for a minimum level of bus and rail services in rural areas; to require the Secretary of State to consult users and prospective users of local rail and bus transportation about the provision of those services; to require the Secretary of State to review the provision of rail services to rural areas; and for connected purposes.
