Long title

A Bill to provide for parliamentary approval of international trade agreements; to require the Secretary of State to publish a proposed negotiating mandate in draft before entering into negotiations in respect of an international trade agreement; to require parliamentary approval of that draft before negotiations begin; to make provision for the amendment of draft negotiating mandates by Parliament; and for connected purposes.
