Under the 'English votes for English laws' procedure, which applied from 23 October 2015 until it was suspended on 22 April 2020 (and finally rescinded on 13 July 2021),the Speaker certified Bills, or provisions of Bills, as relating exclusively to England, and/or to England and Wales.
