B e it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
In the Digital Economy Act 2017, omit section 89 (TV licence fee concessions
by reference to
age) and section 118(3) (commencement of section 89).
This Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
This Act may be cited as the Digital Economy Act 2017 (Amendment) Act
2021.
