Line 2, leave out from “if” to end of line 4 and insert “, upon request by the taskforce under subsection (7), a company designated Great British Energy is unable to prove that their supply chain is free of state-imposed forced labour.
(7) The Secretary of State must establish a cross-ministerial taskforce on state-imposed forced labour to make requests under subsection (6) and to scrutinise the proof provided.”
