Victims and Prisoners Bill

This Bill was debated at second reading on Monday 15 May 2023 and has now been sent to a Public Bill Committee which will scrutinise the Bill line by line and is expected to report to the House by Thursday 13 July 2023.

The House of Commons also passed a Carry-over Motion stating: That if, at the conclusion of this Session of Parliament, proceedings on the Victims and Prisoners Bill have not been completed, they shall be resumed in the next Session.
