After Clause 149 “deepfake” means any image, video or audio recording generated or altered through the use of computer machine learning to depict a person who is identifiable or event which would falsely appear to another person to be an authentic or truthful imitation and, without limitation, includes any other image, video or audio recording pursuant to an order under subsection (2);
