After Clause 226, insert the following new Clause—

“Expansion of building safety remediation

Clause 1, page 1, line 6, after “Parliament” insert “within 30 days of the passing of this Act”

“(1A) A Minister of the Crown must withdraw the statement if, before the end of the 30-day period, either House of Parliament resolves not to approve it.
